Our Story

GetUp&GetActive LLC was founded in 2018 by Dwight Weathers—Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, Exercise Therapy Specialist, Group Fitness Expert, and Life Coach—with a mission to improve health naturally. Inspired by personal experiences and the lack of support for individual differences, Dwight developed SPPAARK, a lifestyle approach based on seven core values: Smiles, Pride, Patience, Attitude, Accountability, Respect, and Knowledge. Guided by faith and these values, Dwight met his Companion and Beloved Wife, Andrea Weathers, also a Certified Trainer and Life Coach. Together, they are expanding the SPPAARK method through their shared mission.
